Can I make payment offline?

Only online payment methods are accepted.

Do I get a refund if my application is rejected?

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

I have completed my application and payment but there is no email confirmation, what do I do?

Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder, and wait 1 hour before contacting us.

How safe are my credit card details?

For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to keep your credit card details safe. In no cases will your debit/credit card details be transmitted unencrypted over the Internet, and they are not stored on our systems.

I have already applied Tourist visa through eVisa online system. Can I change it to Business or Social visa?

No. Visa cannot be changed to other visa types such as Business and Social.

Do children under age of 7 who hold their own passports need to have a separate e-Visa application?

Yes. Children under age of 7 who hold their own passports are required to apply and pay for their own separate eVisa. If your child is under 7 and is listed in parent/guardian passport accompanying them on the trip, then please fill out the minor information included in e-Visa application form.

I entered my information (Full Name/ Nationality / Passport Number / Email address) incorrectly. Could you please modify it?

Applicants are responsible for the correctness of all information submitted during the application process
